Listen now
Description
An inspiring conversation with Mr. Andy Alsop, CEO of "The Receptionist". In this episode, we talked about employee supremacy and the power of trust. Some of the takeaways: People are the most valuable asset. Caring for people pays off in terms of culture, motivation and results. Trust get created through action not speeches. Empowerment happens when we trust people taking action on critical things, whether they fail or succeed in the process.  An unlimited employee vacation policy actually made some people take only few days off, which made the company implement a minimum 2 weeks off time AND travel budget to encourage people to take time off and travel!  We need to ensure that leaders get feedback from their people so we can develop ourselves as leaders and organizations. These and many more we covered in this episode; ensure to check the whole conversation, and I hope you will find valuable.  For any inquiries, please contact [email protected]
