When I first discovered this podcast, I was hooked! Smart people discussing interesting events from a unique perspective: which variable, if removed, would cause the event to cease happening? Fascinating. But unfortunately, I’m not super interested in hearing people read online articles aloud. And that has become about 60% (often more) of the podcast. I live for the episodes where the hosts and guests show up already educated, and speak from their own knowledge and perspective. Rebecca is an amazing host and puts a hilarious spin on how to avoid well-know catastrophes. Her comedic touch is just what I need during my day and each episode leaves me wanting to hear more!
