Just too long.
I'm a big fan of Alton's. I loved Good Eats. Here's the thing: I listen to a lot of podcasts. I don't have time for this one. The ideal length for a podcast is about 20-30 minutes or less. Alton frequently rambles on for more than an hour. He needs to cut it down to just the good parts. I enjoyed his interview with Giada, and the one with the guy who played Cocoa Carl, but I have too much to do to kill an hour listening to Alton's "Ums" and "Ahs." Sorry Alton.

I watched Good Eats and ICA all the time. As a researcher I always connected to the nerd in AB. This podcast elevates him to a new level in my book.
