“I am a big fan of Alton Brown, from Good Eats to his books, but I stopped watching Food Network once it turned into a channel about celebrity cooks and competitions. The parts where Mr. Brown talks about food and cooking are great, and he's a good, sincere interviewer. I just couldn't care less about interviews with Food Network stars, so I end up skipping through the bulk of the podcasts.”
