“This was the first time I have ever listened to a podcast. I am a bit biased, as I am head over heals for Bobby Flay, and Alton is my go to guy when I want to understand a cooking process. I really enjoyed it. Very interesting to hear Bobby talk about his other interests outside of cooking. It is nice to get a feel for who Alton is off camera, although he seemed pretty much the same. I have to go back and listen to the first podcast now and look forward to many more.”
