“Alton Brown is one of those very few celebrities/personalities that I just want to sit down with, have an adult beverage or three with, and just be around. I've loved learning about who he is, what he's been willing to sacrifice, and more importantly what he has stuck to his guns around. Alton's podcast is singular and wonderful. It's gone through some refinements and to be honest, his recent less-is-more approach has been wonderful. If you need to learn more about how to use a carrot peeler, I would recommend YouTube. If you want to learn more about how to look dapper, make your fun calories count, and to pick the right beverage for your 3 drink maximum, this is the right podcast to listen to. What a person! What a personality! Give it a run. It's worth your time.
