“This podcast has completely changed the way I look at things. I’m going to start eating more dark skin fruit and vegetables. I’m going to start drinking more water. I already do the mindful walks, but I’m gonna start thinking a little bit more when I’m on the walks. Generally it’s just really opened up my eyes, thank you! This is really giving me “food for action” I think “food for thought” is such a negative thing because it’s not really actioning anything; Thank you!”
