Exercise moving everyday
Love your podcasts of all the different tools , people i have talked to doctors, councillors, etc about Anxiety the one thing they have in common is exercise get you heart rate up but it’s the one thing I struggle with being consistent at. You had some great ideas I think I’m going to back to some of the sports I loved doing thanks for the help Joyce
