“Listening to Tim JP Collins helped me move forward from an anxiety attack which left me in bed for two days, worrying about whether this would be my life. It absolutely didn’t control me and that’s largely down to the positivity and plain practical advice from Tim’s podcast. Whilst feeling anxious I regularly refer to his points about curiosity and putting the current worry into perspective. I’ve also begun running regularly, have stopped my caffeine intake (I’m very sad to lose Pepsi Max from my life but am enjoying fizzy water and elderflower cordial), am eating more healthily and practice guided mindfulness. These were all ideas that came straight from the mouth of Tim. I thank you from the bottom of my heart (and from the pit of my shrinking, anxiety).”
