“In our license fee paying household both of us have enjoyed listening to the Archers (at separate times) for decades, and both of us are nowadays infuriated on a daily basis by the pompous, self-congratulatory, intrusive adverts. You seem to be trying a lot of loyal listeners’ patience with this baffling and unnecessary innovation, BBC - not sure why you would knowingly do that.”
