Boring lack of discussion and insistence on removing all fun
Very frustrating to listen to. Andrea is obviously an incredibly accomplished Dr, but her political non-answers and lack of insight are irritating. I understand not wanting to label or generalise at the expense of mental health awareness, but this is a podcast about a tv show and a bit of fun would be welcome. Lighten up - you’re podcasting about a comic tv series, not presenting your thesis! I’ve had more fun at medical research conferences. Andrea monotones her way around and around a concept without ever addressing it or deeply discussing it. Andrew tried to bring some enthusiasm and energy to the podcast, but is constantly reined in. Highly recommend skipping this one and listening to Popcorn Psychology or Capes on the Couch instead.
