More and more young, energetic leaders are emerging to the top of some of the territories' most sought-after leadership roles, whether in the public or private sector. My generation of greatness has shown that we are more than capable of leading if you give us a chance. Understand, though, that to whom much is given; much is certainly required in being a leader. Any industry today takes grit, fortitude, and dedication. You've probably heard the question before: Are leaders born or made? My last guess of this incredible season knows a thing or two about leading. He is one of the BVIs. Most admired and sought leaders. He's a father, friend, community, Starward, young, professional, and a true 21st-century distinguished gentleman. Now, the man also knows his way around some liquor.
