“I discovered the Art of Charm podcast shortly after graduating from college. I was trying to find my way socially, professionally, and dating-wise as a working young adult, and was looking for how to improve in these areas of my life. Johnny and AJ provide listeners with a ton of knowledge and tools to improve these areas of one’s life. By applying what you learn in the podcast, you will see your life transform before your eyes. Certainly that’s been my own experience over the subsequent 5-plus years, where I’ve seen incredible “gains” by applying what I learned in the podcast. In particular, episodes focused on resiliency (ex: the episodes where they interviewed Steven Hayes on building more self compassion), and episodes focused on social skills (ex: the toolbox episodes) have been extremely valuable.
