Deeper content and story lines
These three guys have crafted a podcast with meaningful conversations that truly address the heart of hospitality. I guess if you look at the science and art of a craft, I’ve always swayed to the art side which is what Scott, Adam and Conrad have done with their guests. The conversations flow naturally and the episodes organically evolve and lead naturally to the next guest. I don’t think you could craft a better sequence but it simply happens because these three guide a conversation and provide an opportunity to hear a better story that we’ve the ones we’ve already heard. It’s new and fresh and extremely human. I was honored after listening to dozens of episodes to be asked to join them in a podcast, and as a guest the experience was as genuine as I would have expected. I always look forward to these dropping every Wednesday.
