“I found Lucia almost 6 years ago . At the time I was single , but still friends with an ex . I started listening to her podcast for entertainment , but I was able to recognize patterns the more I kept listening . Thanks to Lucia , I gathered the courage to finally let go of that friendship and any hope I had with my ex . I did it all cold turkey and there was not going back , I distanced myself from my ex for good . I haven’t responded to any attempt to communicate from my ex and I wish I would have found Lucia sooner than I did
I’m not struggling with any relationship issue at the moment , but I still listen and I recommend this podcast to any I know who is going through a break up or still hung up on an ex
