Replay, take notes, replay, process deeper
After listening to Part one and Part two with Leah and Anna, I was blown away at the depth and certainty of purpose these two were sharing and extending to the listener in such a way I felt I was sitting in their conversation and processing it all, while almost on the edge of my seat. I had to hit replay for (last 15 seconds) on many thoughts as they were so noteworthy! I loved it when Leah hit record early as she had the gold, the moment her Anna began their conversation, so much to take away and love here! So much rich content to apply for creatives and I love how you talked about separating the value of your work from your personal worth. And taking the shame and stigma away from mental health. I could go on, bravo for creating this listening gem💙 A must!

Leah and Erica, thank you for sharing your lovely conversation with us. So filled with many A-ha moments. So good to hear from those that have similar thought and over drive patterns and how we can change them. We are not on islands and it behoves us, and others, to ask for help:)

Every podcast has stunningly powerful pearls of wisdom to help find and feed our creative selves. I often have to stop what I am doing to listen closely, write down a thought, and let it ripple through my mind. Mind-blowing and life changing!
