In this episode I interview Yasmin Darwish. Yasmin has an 11 month old daughter Tilly. She is also a Kinesiologist and Speaker and owns her own business Yasmin Darwish Kinesiologist. Yasmin candidly shares her birth, breastfeeding and postnatal story with us. We discuss everything from nipple pain and breastfeeding attachment issues, to managing visitors in those early days. We discuss demand feeding all the way through to her decision to gently wean Tilly from the breast. Yasmin goes through how she managed her expectations of becoming a mother and how it really feels and changes you as a woman.
