He usually interviews himself
I like the show but by god does he like to talk about himself. His guests are fascinating people, and yet 40% of each episode is him answering the questions he asks.

David Alexrod’s discussions are always well thought out and informative. His range of guests could be wider, but he certainly gets more conservatives than most democratic podcast hosts. I’ve always found those conversations insightful. In our current political environment, that’s definitely welcome.

If the political discourse of our country was at the level of this interview, the problems we face could be solved in a single election cycle.
