Customers don't care about a Branding or Value Proposition, but they DO care about the promise a company makes to them! Disney makes a BIG Promise by calling itself The Happiest Place on Earth, and in order to live up to that promise, it must make sure every customer-engaging detail walks the talk. This is actually pretty big stuff when you recognize the customer ultimately decides whether your've lived up to your promise or not.
