Zo travels to Las Angeles to monitor an elite squad of NYPD narcotic officers, and they're breaking in a rookie on his first day in the unit; however, both Zo and the rookie, Ofc. Hoyt, quickly come to the conclusion that these aren't police using advanced tactics by a special squad: these cops are straight up corrupt, and the lead officer, and Hoyt's trainer, Det.
