Of my top 3 fav parenting podcasts, I listen to this one first
This podcast has helped me grow as a parent and person. It’s one of my top 3 and i listen to its new episodes first. I love hearing the reasons why (evidence based) kids act like they do (or how I act as I do) and this has really helped me think about my parenting, self and life holistically. Some of my recent favs have been the one on neuroscience/kid Brains and the one on hormones for birthing people. dr Laura has also introduced me via the podcast her ig to other awesome parenting experts whose perspectives have helped me survive (& thrive! Occasionally) in parenting 2 littles. A very positive voice to have in your ear.

More reviews of The Balanced Parent Podcast
I’ve completed a couple of Laura’s online courses, and follow her lunch-break series. Her balanced, and compassionate approach have been so helpful in bringing joy to my family. This is a great resource, not only for parents, but any human trying to be their best being.
