Dr. Froyen provides amazing resources to help you find ways to make space for yourself while improving the quality and authenticity of your parenting. She soothes me in the anxious early mornings of raising young children and also provokes me to question my tacit accepted ways of doing things to see if there may be a way that feels better for all of us!

Sometimes parenting resources make us feel worse about ourselves as parents, but NOT THIS ONE. Lots of practical tools that have allowed me to connect with both my nuerodiverse child and my neurotypical child in ways we all feel good about.
