If you tell a personal story, then tell it. However, if you choose to dive into a complex social and economic industry, I expect also critical engagement with beauty, the beauty industry, the causes and effects - allowing us to ultimately empathize and understand its implication on a larger scale. I dont really see it told here. It is almost glorifying the ones at the top. Was the idea to show that the once privileged, with access, and money, are „just humans“ too? Thats a very weak storyline. I was expecting more.

This story isn’t actually as interesting as the author thinks it is and the subject doesn’t warrant more than one or two episodes.
