At what point is the obsession with surrounding yourself with the “right” people performative and just for chasing clout? We’ve been entrepreneurs for a long time, and unfortunately, we see a lot of transactional relationships and judgement against people who aren’t deemed successful enough, whatever that even means. For us, our genuine relationships mean everything, and we aren’t going to abandon the people we care about just because they aren’t the “right” level of successful. Yuck.
