“Mornings wouldn’t be the same without Chris,Vassos & Rachel. Driving to the gym I’m hooked, jump on the Watt bike at Bannatynes Shrewsbury-still hooked, complete my circuits-still hooked. Quickest shower ever so I don’t miss much-finishing with the cold shower killer, back in the car and on to work-still hooked.
Thank you Chris for being so empathetic & humble. Thank you Vassos for taking Chris’s mick taking & your lovely laugh & silly remarks that have me in stitches. Thank you Rachel for keeping them in check & bringing girl power to the team.
