““Hold with an open hand” is one of my favorite Tara Leigh Cobble expressions when discussing some scriptures. I think there is a fear that some commentators will be too fundamental, too liberal, too whatever, not enough something else. When we truly come to the Word with the objective to know God, He blesses us with new hearts. We come away better people of character. TLC keeps us on that pure path. No matter your “leanings,” you can read the word, pick your God shot, listen to the Podcast, and be transformed. Thank you, TLC, for the perfect format to keep me on track. I have never read the Bible front to back (despite studying scripture for years). I know I will do it now - though it may take me two years!”
