Getting Ready for The Big One!
Growing up in Chicago and in Houston, I have been through blizzards, hurricanes and tornadoes, but now that I live in Southern California, earthquakes are a whole other catastrophe that I’ve never known how to handle. I moved here in 2000 and have experienced a few earthquakes and my response has always been the same: freeze and stare into the eyes of the other frozen person in the room. We take no action, because you can’t escape or prepare for earthquakes like you can other natural disasters. I’m thankful for this podcast because it is informative with a sense of urgency and reality. I love the stories, things to expect and how to prepare. Thank you for the guidance because I wouldn’t trade living somewhere else for Southern California so I might as well be prepared! Two Thumbs up!!

Some of the interviews with scientists and professionals were interesting, but the fake...Read full review »
