“I love this podcast for a ton of different reasons. Sean Fennessey is a great critic who knows how to accurately breakdown and analyze a film. While at the same time respecting the fact that not everyone may have seen it and keeping major spoilers out of his reviews. His interviews are the second half of a great show. Each one is varied and he doesn’t just interview big stars and directors. His talks with secondary crew members such as editors and costume designers are equally interesting. He has not just a mind for current cinema but also older films as well.
Once the great Bill Simmons is done and retires from the Ringer I think Fennessey is the logical choice to run the Ringer.”
