“It seems so hard to find a team with the quality of Adam's team elite, but in the meantime this has gotten me through. I personally can not afford to pay $300 a month for online training, but if you pay close attention to this podcast and youtube channels you can find enough tips to help to get you by. I personally have lost over 60lbs while listening to the tips in this show. I literally try to squeeze each little tip that they give out (for free) and implement it into my own program. I hope Ashley wins the 2020 O as she is one of the sweetest in the business and next time I make my way out to Las Vegas I will try to make my way out to Adam's new gym to personally thank him for helping me on my journey.
