“Many of the stories I hear from my friends and family involve multiple hospital interventions and/or pain medication. For someone who has wanted the courage to go pain med-free and be as intervention-free as possible, I have found that courage with this podcast’s help! I so appreciate that I can find unmedicated stories via the episode titles. I love hearing birthing mother’s unique descriptions of what the stages of labor feel like to them, and also hear the random tricks they and their partners used throughout the laboring process to make it through.
