Inside Baseball for the Psychologist
This podcast features three smart, compassionate psychologists discussing issues related to being a researcher. They talk about the pressures of academic life, critiques of psychological research, and how to be a human in a job that is complex and often overwhelming. The whole podcast feels like having a chance to get a beer with thoughtful leaders in the field--and then having them open up to you completely about their hopes, dreams, and insecurities. If you are a psychologist, I highly recommend it. If you are not a psychologist, but know one or are curious about what it is like to be one, I highly recommend it. If you are a goat, I do not recommend it. There is very little goat-related content.

Anyway, if you’re like me and are...Read full review »

I really liked these three before listening to the pod but they speak as if their advice is valid for everyone but it is very R1 centric and they don’t seem to understand that at all.
