Fred and AJ start the first hour of The Blitz talking about the possibility of teams forfeiting  games in the NFL this upcoming season. They also talk about Texas and Oklahoma wanting to join the SEC.

To start the show Fred Faour and AJ Hoffman talk about the reports saying Texas and Oklahoma have reached out to join the SEC. The guys list what would happen to the Big 12 and how the SEC would look. 

Fred and AJ go over the Bucks closing out in game 6 and what this means for Giannis' legacy. The guys have the debate whether Jose Altuve is already the greatest Astro of all time.  

Fred gives his Zadok Jeweler's "Gem of the Day," along with which current Astros could make the Hall of Fame. They go over the odds for the most probable and non-probable Super Bowl matchups. Fred and AJ wrap up the show by going over famous deaths.

The third hour of the show kicks off with the guys talking about the billionaire space race and go into some space talk. Fred brings up mosquitos and bears in Russia. The guys also get into some Astros and Hey Man Bleep That. 

In the first hour Fred and AJ talk about The Open Championship, the Charlo fight on Saturday, The Bucks being a game away from winning the NBA Finals, Odds on who will win the American League and National League, Space Jam 2 opening over the weekend, more on AJ's move to Las Vegas and still no new developments in the Deshaun Watson situation.

In hour two the guys talk about the top receiving tandems in college football heading into this season, Mike Mayock says the Raiders have to get better defensively, Current NFL running backs that could last the next 5 years, could the Comets be coming back, odds to win the CFP National Championship and the Gem of the Day.

In the final hour of the show, the Head Brewmaster of Karbach Eric Warner calls in, College Basketball preseason rankings and the dumbass report.

Patrick Creighton is in for AJ today and in the first hour of the show Fred and Patrick talk about the Astros kicking off the second half of the season; what will the Astros do at the trade deadline to help out their pitching; and Jerry Rice made a bit of an overstatement when it came to playing in today's NFL. 

In the second hour of the show Fred and Patrick Creighton (in for AJ) talk about Deshaun Watson and what could the Texans actually do with him and when; how likely is it the Texans go 0-17 for the 2021-22 season; and we have a drunk monkey for our Zadok Jewelers Gem of the Day!

In the final hour of the show Fred and Patrick Creighton talk about the Texans and how much hope there is for David Culley as a head coach; we have an update on the show's Open Championship pool; they talk about Evan Mobley after hearing from Chad Ford on The Bench this morning and how he would fit with the Rockets; and we end the week with Stupid Stuff We Said This Week!

In the second hour Fred tries to guess the artist of the top 10 raps songs of the 90s and Jerome Solomon joins the show to discuss Stephen A Smith's recent comments.
