“I literally binge listened to this podcast for a full week I would listen in work and on my drive home and also whilst out walking. So much useful advise and reassuring words. I have always had a goal of being super lean with a 6 pack so I was doing low carb and fasting and just not really enjoying myself with little energy and constantly hungry. Chloe has made me realise I don’t need to diet anymore, my body is fit and healthy and I have changed my goal from an unsustainable 6pack to a strength goal. (I like to have goals in life to motivate and push myself) so now I am increasing my food intake and focusing on what my body wants rather than what I want from my body.
