“Wow! Series 1 was an eye opener but series two has made me admit my faults. Struggling with anxiety and having the habit of bottling things up I’ve realised I often use the gym as an emotional punch bag as well as to keep myself fit. As a dancer you have to keep fit - I’m so grateful for everything my job allows me to see and experience and wouldn’t change it for the world, but just like everyone else you have your days where you don’t want to work or push yourself. Those days don’t happen a lot but when they do I often can’t be bothered to go and train and give myself that extra push. I’ve changed my perspective from listening to each and every guest and I’m so much more positive.
