Posture & Osteoporosis
Dr. Krista Burns did an excellent job of explaining the serious ill effects of poor posture for the general population and particularly for those with osteoporosis who have concerns about spine compression. Afterwards, she provided three daily exercises for improving posture that can be done in ~5 min. I am doing them now and can both see and feel the difference! How I wish I learned about these exercises long ago.
