“Love listening to Laura & Kate (sometimes featuring Phil) and their take on books! They’re a great duo with different opinions on books and easy listening. I miss Kate on some of the recent episodes (hope she’s ok!) She has a more accessible take on books, understanding they can be about easy escapism for some, rather than intense literary chat. Laura’s super enthusiastic but can sometimes push her view at the expense of others. On the recent episode with Phil and a special guest she had to push them to tell her the negatives of the book - think they were hesitant to get into a debate with her cus she loved the book!”
