New Boss Babe here!
I just discovered The Boss Babe Podcast this week, as I embark on a pivotal moment in my career. After 23 years at the same company, I’m currently exploring what’s next. It’s a big scary leap and I need to get out of autopilot and into growth mode again. What I’ve discovered is that I can’t stop listening and talking about the podcast with the women around me that I feel could benefit from it…whether it be a specific episode, a specific quote I heard that resonates or just the podcast in general. Right now I am in listen, listen, listen mode because it’s motivating and interesting. But I know (because I learned it in this morning’s episode;), that I need to go back and “integrate”. That’s when things get real! I could list a personal connection moment with every guest I’ve listened to so far, but this morning I finished the episode with Samantha Skelly. This one had such a personal connection for me, as I am a busy mom of two teenage girls that are unfortunately already on the path to unhealthy relationships with food, health and body image. And how can I help them when my path is not much different. I’m looking forward to exploring more of Samantha’s work in hopes of getting myself and my girls on a new path! I’ve really never been a podcast kind of girl, so I’m so grateful to have discovered Boss Babe and given it a real shot!

Where do I start..... I really have been following boss babes for a really long time. But I never did anything.... their podcasts just really pushed me to start looking at really becoming an entrepreneur. And being my best self. Even as someone a little older..(36). Truly an inspiration ❤️
