“Abby! Well done, my dear. This is an incredible podcast. I’m here from the Bert Show 😉. This podcast reminds me of the Something Was Wrong Podcast, but I think the key difference here is personal accountability- wether it be an inability to spot red flags or not taking the time to properly vet a partner before jumping into the relationship. Victims of abuse are not responsible for their abuse, but what we can all learn from is how to spot the signs of abuse and IPV and potentially save ourselves from toxic relationships. I’m a survivor of IPV and I was so naive going into relationships that ultimately traumatized me. I’ve done deep healing work, and I’m now helping educate others about the warning signs and offering support to those trying to extricate themselves from toxic and abusive relationships. Thank you for this podcast! I’ve been forwarding the episodes to friends in similar situations.”
