“Hi, I paid two times a subscription, one time until June 2023 and one time until December 2023. Due to circumstance I had to cancel my renewal twice, but the instance I did that, I had no access anymore to the North Star and to new episodes of podcasts of TNS; not the first time with my subscription paid until June 2023 and now again after paying 100 dollars for my subscription until December 2023. I sent an e-mail to TNS, but no reaction. Can someone from TNS please fix this for me?
