Best combination of cooking lessons and healthy approach to your relation with food
I have been following Kim’s Brownble for quite some time and recently became a member of her online program, which I find simply amazing! Besides being a recipe developer, Kim is a wonderful mentor in your journey to a vegan lifestyle but also an incredible coach in your approach to food in general. What drew me to her blog, podcasts, and videos was her energy, natural kindness and ever-present smile and enthusiasm about what she was presenting to us. She is a genuine, very relatable person and not the ordinary visionary that will bring veganism to you as a smooth ride. She is very honest about it. She tells us about her life story, her struggles with food, her occasional ups and downs, even now that she is well into a vegan lifestyle. She addresses such topics as being a vegan teenager, how to navigate social gatherings with non-vegans, how to fight society’s stereotypes as to what a perfect body should be, holiday menus, kitchen and pantry organization, meal planning, batch cooking, and so many others. Her online program is the best tool to see her teaching in action. She is very clear with her explanation of the different steps in cooking a meal and I love her good, cheerful vibe. She makes cooking vegan meals a pleasure. If you haven’t done so go check her out! You will be pleasantly surprised as to all the amazing things she has created for us!
