Out of Touch
I was a fan of this podcast until the episode where you and one of your guests crapped all over an entire generation. Millennials want to be compensated fairly and be able to spend quality time with their families? How dare they! On your episode, you made it sound as though millennials are greedy and only care about money. Are you kidding me?? This is a generation that graduated into a recession and has an enormous amount of student loan debt. “Back in your day,” a reasonable salary actually went pretty far. Have you seen home prices? For many millennials, paying off their student debt will never be a possibility. And forget about ever owning a home. If all of the old timers at the FBI have the same condescending attitude that you do, it’s no wonder the organization is having trouble retaining people. Isn’t one of the goals of your podcast to inspire new generations to join the FBI? You’re not going to achieve that by insulting them and failing to understand where they’re coming from. Let me guess, in your day, you also walked to school uphill both ways, in the snow, with no shoes on. Done with this podcast.

Never more obvious what their values actually are than when they laugh about Edward Snowden being assassinated for doing the right thing.

I too subscribed the minute I heard this would premiere today. The content was so interesting and not the same ol’ same ol’ analysis often heard. Looking forward to next shows . Thank you to Frank Figliuzzi & Allison Gill.
