Md Kaif was a part of Sourav Ganguly's Dream Indian 11. He was one of the faces of change in Indian cricket in the turn of the century, one who steered the team to glory on foreign fields with his power-packed batting and electric fielding skills. Today he plies his trade with the Delhi Capitals IPL team as an Assistant Coach and works closely with once his arch enemy- Ricky Ponting. In this episode of The Business Called Cricket, MD Kaif tells Rica Roy how IPL has changed dynamics, re-defined roles of coaches, mentors and enabled exceptional talents like him remain in the system.   Md Kaif belonged to a generation of cricketers that defined new India, that defined Sourav Ganguly's band of fearless boys. He featured in the first Indian team that dreamt success on foreign soil and strived for that- leaving a mark every time they went out on the field. He has changed the game as a cricketer and now making an impact as Assistant Coach with the Delhi Capitals Team. Last year they finished third, this year he returns with the team to give Delhi fans immense joy by adding spark to the Capital's show.
