She is on a mission to put worms in every living space, indoor composting with worms. Cathy believes worms are going to play an ever increasing role in waste management, soil production and therefore food security. She sees food waste as a simple way to mitigate climate change and create (air quote) 'black gold' to grow more delicious, nutritious food.
