Michellee is a Brazilian native, slow food chef, small minority farmer advocate and North & South America Business Development Manager for FoodBay TV - a food and lifestyle television network in Africa. She is also the host of CraftFood Podcast, where she interviews leaders in nutritional sustainability, and the new Dietary Manager for Mid valley Hospital in Omak, Washington She recently moved  to a 90 acre clean slate farm in Eastern Washington where together with her family is crafting a PNW wild plants heaven using Regenerative practices. Once able to slow down she was able to understand the small farmer and the need for the food industry to shift it’s conscience to seasonal cooking so we can secure the future of food.
