Nyombi is a 23 years old Ugandan Climate Activist, a #SolvingIt Honoree, UNOCHA Ambassador and CNN Environmentalist of Tomorrow who began his activism as a result of the direct impact flooding had on his family disrupting the source of livelihood for his parents and forcing them to find a new place to call home. Nyombi has since called for more action from world leaders and polluters to take climate change more seriously and discourage polluters through policy development, his story has been featured on the BBC, CBC, CNN, The Verge, Global Citizens, Reuters, Earth.org amongst others.
