Swarm season usually comes in the Spring & Summer when there's lots of flowers blooming. Bees swarm when the hive gets too full, but it's also how they reproduce. Learn all about how bees swarm, why it's necessary for the survival of the honeybee population and what to do if a swarm of bees take up residence on your property. For the beekeepers, we'll also discuss how to prevent your hives from swarming, how to catch a swarm and why swarming is a sign of how strong the honeybee population is doing.
