Description
March 1963. 11:30PM. 18 year-old Patricia Weir boards the bus following her shift at the Paramount Theater. She exits the bus at her stop at 7th Street & Marlette. As Patricia makes her way down a sleepy street-- she is kidnapped, bound, and raped. Following the assault, Patricia's attacker, Ernesto Miranda, drops her off near her home. Detective Carroll Cooley is assigned to the call.  It is from this case that the Miranda Rights will be born.
