The Best
In my opinion, this is the best photography podcast available. It’s not an instructional guide, it’s not a technical guide. It is an inspirational, get out there and do it yourself, nurturing, encouragement to all of us who are trying to improve and develop our own photographic skills. By listening to these interviews with world class professional photographers and recently graduated photography students telling their stories of how they got to where they are today, we learn tried and tested, successful paths to success for ourselves. We also learn about what drives these photographers and where they get their inspiration. These interviews also encourage us to raise our own personal bars and resolve to keep trying and not give up on our goals in photography. Ibarionex Perello is an exemplary and natural interviewer. He is able to make his guests feel comfortable and open up to the interview. His interviews are interesting, educational and as I said before, very inspirational. At the end of each interview, Ibarionex asks each photographer which other photographer they recommend for us to research. ITunes currently has about 23 of these interviews available but there are many more in The Candid Frames archives, reachable from The Candid Frame’s webpage.

Listening to the podcasts has been an amazing experience. I am new to photography and wouldn't have the first clue as to how to approach all of these profesional photographers and ask the right questions. Thanks Ibarionex for your work.Read full review »
