Karlee Vincent has managed technology and branding events for 100,000 attendees while struggling to breastfeed during cross-country travel. Her persistence led to new company policies, including breast milk shipments sent from the road to a mom’s home at company expense. Karlee was also the driving force behind the establishment of a mothers' room, a private space for nursing moms at every company conference. Karlee’s passion for empowering nursing moms in the workplace is the inspiration behind the Traveling Milk Truck. Her essays have appeared in Scary Mommy, Tiny Beans and TODAY's Parenting Team. She has been interviewed on podcasts such as The Breastfeeding Talk Podcast and Compassionate Mindfulness, named one of Canada’s top 10 mindfulness podcasts. Karlee has also been a featured expert for articles published on WSJ, CNN, Ms. Magazine, SFWC blog and has appeared on the Tamron Hall Show. She was a guest speaker at the San Francisco Writers Conference in July 2022.
