On this episode, we’re diving into the world of rum with Taylor Persh, head chef at Fish or Flesh and Jordan Fattal, bar director for Baldy’s Restaurant Group. We tasted a wide range of the spirit with a lineup from Grander Rum, the love child of a native Kentucky whiskey drinker and a small rum distillery in Panama. Their lineup was capable of with unique barrel aging and different aged blends. We ended with Lost Spirits Navy Style Rum and a collaboration with Rational Spirits clocking in at 141 proof.
